Since I was young my mother made many juices! So I drank different types of them.
I think that orange juice is the most usual juice.
It has vitamine C, which means that it decreases the risk of ilness, it is good to increase the iron absorption, 
and it is good to scar every kind of wounds.

There are another types of juices which aren't as usual as the first, but they are common.

-Blackberry, raspberries and berries juice : This type of juice has Vitamine C and E
                        it has the same properties that the last and it also is an antioxidant.

-Strawberry juice: This type of juice has Vitamine C too, but the best part of it is that is
 has less calories and it has more carbohydrates

-Banana juice:  This juice is very complete: it has Vitamine C and A (it s good for the
 develop of bones growth), it also has carbohydrates and it hasn't many calories.
